Greystar Student Living has been awarded the management of Greene Crossing Apartments in Columbia, South Carolina. The 726-bed student housing community is located at 708 Pulaski Street between Blossom Street and Gervais Street. The new community opened in 2015 and is within walking distance to the University of South Carolina.

“Greene Crossing is perfect for any student searching for unbeatable on-site amenities with a convenient downtown location that is close to campus,” said Michelle Fuller, Managing Director of Greystar Student Living. “We look forward to providing resident events, convenient services and an overall exceptional level of customer service.”

The community offers well-appointed studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartment homes ranging in size from 389 to 1596 square feet of living space.  Contemporary interiors include white kitchen cabinetry, upgraded countertops, stainless steel appliances and wood-style flooring. Spacious floor plans incorporate features such as open kitchens, private patios and balconies, walk-in closets and full size washers and dryers. Furnished apartments are available.

The community has an urban design with a variety of amenities that include a clubhouse with social spaces, a coffee bar, fully equipped fitness center, game room with billiards table and business center. Residents can also enjoy a resort style swimming pool with a sundeck, Wi-Fi access, grilling stations and open green spaces. The pet friendly community provides bicycle racks, roommate matching and student activities.

Greene Crossing is centrally located near Greek Village, The Vistas, Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center and Colonial Life Stadium. Students will be close to recreation at Bicentennial Park, Founder’s Park, Granby Park and the Congaree River Blue Trail.
